Based in Helsingør, Denmark, I have spent the past 19 years working across publishing, media production, and digital content operations – with a strong focus on graphic design, workflow optimisation, content production, and AI-assisted automation.

My background began in graphic design and digital publishing, but over the years my role expanded far beyond creative execution. I became deeply involved in production workflows, operational coordination, publishing systems, video production, live streaming, subtitles, and process optimisation across large-scale content environments.

Throughout my career at Bookboon / The Access Group, I have coordinated publishing workflows involving both in-house creatives and freelancers, managed large volumes of digital content, and worked across multiple production pipelines with a strong focus on structure, consistency, and delivery.

In recent years, I have increasingly worked with AI-assisted workflows and automation as part of broader production and operational systems. Rather than viewing AI as a standalone tool, I approach it as a practical way to improve workflows, reduce repetitive manual tasks, and support scalable content operations through structured automation and workflow thinking.
